Your first proposal

From a blank page to a link in your client's inbox: who it is for, the days, the price, and the share button.

A proposal starts from the New Proposal button on the dashboard, from the Trips list, or straight from a contact's page. However you start, the flow is the same:

  1. Say who it is for. Search your contacts, or add a new client with a name and an email.
  2. You land in the editor with three empty days. Set the destination and the dates in the top bar. Dates can be fixed, or just a number of days if the group has not decided.
  3. Build each day with the + menu: golf course, hotel, restaurant, transfer, flight, activity, or a note. Your library sits in the side panel, so a course or a hotel you have used before is one click away.
  4. Open Overview and check the price. Every line shows your cost, your margin and the client price. The package price is the sum of those lines.
  5. Press Share. Send it by email or WhatsApp, or copy the link. You can customise the link's address before it goes out.

The client opens one clean page with the itinerary and one package price. Your costs and margins are not shown on it.

Use Preview before sharing, to read the page exactly as your client will. The full editor is covered in the proposal builder, and what the client can do with the link is covered in the client portal.

If you sell a trip often, save it as a template once and reuse it for the next group.
