Images for proposal
One system for the whole trip, from the first enquiry to the last invoice.
Curated courses land every week, ready to use in your next proposal.
Drop a course into a day. The photos, the description and your green fee are already there.
Put your negotiated rate on any course, with your own contacts and booking notes. Private to your agency, invisible to everyone else.
Build it in a few minutes, and share it as a live page your client can open on any device.
Photos from the trip or your own uploads.
Every course comes with a description ready for the client. Rewrite any of it.
The same link before the trip and while the group is travelling.
Charge each traveller separately, or collect the full amount from one person.
Everything in RoundPlan already speaks golf. Tee times, green fees, buggies and trolleys, who in the group is playing and who is just coming along. The alternative is a general CRM, an itinerary tool and a spreadsheet that do not talk to each other, and you holding them together. Set it up your way, with your rates and your suppliers, and the hours you spend assembling a proposal go back into selling the next one.
See where a general tool stops fitting golf →It reads your live data, answers questions about your agency, and can make changes for you.
No other tool combines all of it in one golf-specific product.
No tiers, nothing locked behind an upgrade.
One plan, the full product.
The help centre goes further and walks through each part of the product, screen by screen.
Software an agency uses to run golf trips: keeping track of clients, building the proposal, pricing it, and managing the trip once it is sold. Most agencies do this with spreadsheets, a generic CRM and a lot of email.
A general CRM does not know what a tee time is, what a green fee costs, or which courses sit close enough to play in the same week. RoundPlan is built only for golf, and it includes a curated course database that a general tool has no reason to build.
Yes. Connect your Stripe account in Settings, and your clients can pay by card from their trip page. The money goes straight to your Stripe account. RoundPlan takes no commission and never holds the funds. Stripe's usual card fees still apply.
RoundPlan works for a solo agent running every trip alone, and for a team that needs everyone on the same clients, proposals and suppliers. The base plan includes one user, and you can add more at $17 per month each. Pay for a year up front and it costs 20% less. There is no cap on how many trips, clients or courses you run. If you are a larger agency, get in touch and we will show you how a team your size sets it up.
Most agencies come from a mix of spreadsheets, a generic CRM and email, and you can start building trips in RoundPlan the same day. If you would like a hand moving your clients, suppliers and past trips across, we will help you set it up, and for a bigger team we will plan the rollout so you do not lose momentum mid-season.
Get in touch and we'll set your agency up.
