The assistant answers from your agency's live data, builds and edits itineraries in plain language, and tells you what it changed.
The Assistant button in the top bar opens it. The panel appears in the bottom-right corner, or across the bottom on a phone. It answers from your agency's own data, live, in whatever language you write to it.
Ask it the questions you would otherwise answer by opening three screens. What trips do I have in planning? How much have we collected this month? Which payments are due next? It reads your trips, contacts, pipeline, payments and invoices at that moment and answers with the real figures.
Tell it "take me to Alejandra's trip" and it finds the record and opens the screen. It knows what every section of RoundPlan is for, so it also works as a guide when someone new joins your team.
Describe the trip and let it write the first version: "five days around Faro, two rounds and a rest day". Then keep changing it the way you would tell a colleague. Swap Wednesday for a links course. Add a night in Lisbon at the start. Change the hotel.
It builds from the suppliers you already have saved, your hotels, restaurants, transfers and activities, together with the shared course catalog. When you need somewhere new it can search Google for a hotel, a restaurant or a transfer operator, and save the one you pick into your library for the next trip.
A simple settings change does not rebuild the itinerary. Say "make it five days" or "set the margin to 25%" and it changes that and nothing else. If you have the editor open, you watch the change land.
Itinerary work applies as you ask for it, and the assistant tells you afterwards what it changed. Building a trip means changing your mind several times in a few minutes, and approving every edit would make that painful.
The changes that touch your records rather than the plan work the other way. Creating or updating a contact, recording a payment, moving a deal to another phase and renaming a deal all stop first: the assistant shows a card in the chat with the exact details it intends to save, and it writes nothing until you press Approve. Ignore the card and keep chatting and it cancels itself; leave it ten minutes and it expires.
Your plan includes a monthly AI allowance, split into three: the assistant itself, itinerary generation and imports, and live searches. Settings shows each as a percentage. If you exhaust one, only that one pauses until the next month, so a heavy week of live searches never stops you asking about your own trips. Your bill does not change, whatever you ask it.
Open any screen in RoundPlan and press Assistant in the top bar. Ask it what you have in planning this month.
