RoundPlan refuses a few things on purpose, and always for a reason it can name. Here is what each refusal means and what clears it.
RoundPlan blocks a few actions to protect money you have collected or a document you have already issued. The message in the product tells you why; this article says what clears each one.
Either someone has its link open and is paying it right now, in which case try again in a moment, or it already holds money that came through Stripe. Refund that from your Stripe dashboard first and the row will delete. The same guard covers the whole trip: a trip holding collected money will not delete until the refund goes through. See collect payments online.
That row was collected through Stripe, so Stripe holds the record of what arrived and when. The total, the due date, the concept, the status and the link all stay editable, and a refund reopens the row with the new balance.
A payment arrived between you opening the row and saving it. RoundPlan refuses the save rather than writing your figure over the money that just landed. Reload the row before you make the change again.
If your agency's fiscal country is Spain, Verifactu forbids it: a numbered invoice is corrected, never removed. Issue a new invoice with the correction and the original keeps its number. If your fiscal country is somewhere else and delete is still refused, check that the field is filled in at all, in Settings under Agency details. Blank counts as blocked.
Only a deal you are still selling can be unpublished. Once the client has accepted, the page is what they agreed to and it keeps serving them the itinerary and the payment status.
On a trip that already has days, generating replaces them. RoundPlan says so and waits. If you only want one thing changed, ask the assistant instead: it edits the day you name and leaves the rest.
A row needs a destination before you can save it, so a row that matched nothing stays out of the count until you pick one or let it create a new entry. A row whose prices RoundPlan could not compare against what you already hold says so and offers a retry. See import your prices.
Your subscription has lapsed, so RoundPlan keeps the account open and readable but stops you changing anything. Owners see the subscribe button in Settings under Billing; staff see a note to ask an owner. RoundPlan deletes nothing, and it all comes back the moment you subscribe.
