Every open deal as a card on a board. Four fixed columns carry the lifecycle; the columns in between are yours.
The pipeline shows every open deal as a card. Four columns are fixed and tied to the deal lifecycle: Proposal, Accepted, Completed and Rejected. Between them you can add your own columns, rename them, colour them, reorder them and archive them. Your columns are for organising; the fixed ones move the deal.
Drop a card on Proposal, Accepted or Completed and the trip's phase changes with it, after a confirmation. Drop it on one of your own columns and only the card's position changes.
Dragging a deal you are still selling to Rejected marks it as lost. Dragging a deal that was already sold marks the trip as cancelled. RoundPlan asks which one you mean in the confirmation, and both are reversible: drag the card back and the bookings, the payments, the invoices and the history all remain. Nothing on this board deletes anything.
Search by client or trip name, or filter by departure window, trip manager, destination or group size. The quick add button on any column creates an enquiry card for a lead that is not a proposal yet; those cards sit outside the lifecycle until you build something for them.
What each phase means, and everything else that can move one, is covered in trip phases.
