Save a trip you sell often as a template, and the next proposal starts from that structure instead of a blank itinerary.
A template saves a copy, so whatever you do to the original proposal afterwards never reaches it.
A template keeps the structure and your pricing policy: the days and their items, the destination, the group size, your margins and your deposit percentage. It strips everything personal: traveller names, fixed dates, the client currency and its rate, and the one-off overrides you negotiated for that specific group. The next proposal keeps the reusable structure without the previous client's details.
Templates live in their own section in the main navigation. Use one for any trip you expect to sell again.
