A researched catalog of courses ready to drop into a proposal, plus your own courses, your own rates and your own name for each one.
The Courses section holds two things: the RoundPlan curated catalog, researched with photos and the details a proposal needs, and your own courses. Browse by destination, search, or filter to ranked courses only. Every course you use lands in a proposal with its photos and description already in place.
A curated course stays shared, but what your agency knows about it stays private: your green fees, your booking contact, how you book, your own photos. None of it touches the shared record or another agency.
A course rarely has one price, which is why the rates are a list rather than a number. When you place the course in a day you pick which rate this group plays on, and that rate becomes your cost for the line. The names are yours to write; the client still sees only the package price.
The catalog carries no price of its own: the only green fee on a course is the one you put there, because a scraped public rate was wrong more often than it was useful. The rate you enter is the cost RoundPlan works the margin from, and the client only ever sees the package price. If the rates arrive as a PDF from the resort, import them instead of typing them in.
Agencies do not all call a course the same thing, and the name your team searches for is the one that should be on the page. Edit the header of a curated course and your own values for its name, town, region, country and address replace the shared ones everywhere your agency sees it.
A lock note marks the header as yours alone and keeps the shared name beside it, so you always know which catalog course you are looking at. Clear a field and the curated wording comes back.
Add course creates your own record for a course that is not in the catalog, and hand-typed courses in the editor can be starred into My courses for reuse. The star on any curated course does the same, so My courses becomes the set you actually sell. Your own courses hold their rates in the same Rates & booking section as a curated one.
The team keeps adding zones, and someone researches and checks each course before it goes live. The strip at the top of the curated tab takes the destination you are missing, so the agencies actually selling there pick what gets curated next.
