Your details, your branding, your team and your plan. All of it lives in Settings, and most of it can wait until you need it.
Open Settings from the top bar. The left side splits into Personal, which is your account and your security, and Agency, which is your details, branding, team, billing and your invoice register. Nothing here blocks you from building a proposal, so set up what you need and come back for the rest.
Agency name and contact email are what your clients see. Below them sits the fiscal block: legal name, tax ID, fiscal address and country. These print on your invoices, and the form says so: leave them blank until you need them. This is also where you pick your default currency, the one new proposals start in, and your VAT scheme with its rate. Agencies selling packages in the EU or UK usually sit on the margin scheme; ask your accountant if you are unsure.
Upload your logo, set a tagline, pick your brand colour and a headline font, and check the live preview. This applies to every proposal and trip page your agency sends, so the page your client opens carries your agency's look.
Invite a teammate with their name, email and a role. Staff can work every trip; owners can also manage agency settings, billing and branding. Each invite adds a seat at the price shown in Settings → Billing, in your billing currency. Removing someone credits the difference.
The Billing section shows your plan (monthly or yearly, with its renewal date) and its state, lets a monthly agency move to the yearly plan, opens the billing portal for card and invoice details, and carries the AI usage meters. Staff see a note to ask an owner; owners see the buttons.
Payments, under Agency, connects a Stripe account so travellers can pay you by card: see collect payments online. Neither is needed to sell a trip.
Next: build your first proposal. The guide after this one walks through it.
