The course database

The courses worth selling, already researched, with photos and ratings, ready to drop straight into a proposal.

app.roundplan.io

Ask any golf travel agent what eats their week, and researching courses they've already researched is near the top. Which courses sit close to the hotel, which are worth the green fee, which one had the description you spent an hour writing last spring. Do it once and the work disappears the moment the trip is sent. Do it for every client and it never ends.

The course database is the answer to that. It's a curated list of golf courses every agency on RoundPlan draws from, so the research happens once and then it's there for good.

Checked before it reaches you

No course goes live until a person has checked it. That matters because the database sits in front of your client, and an unchecked listing is how you end up with the wrong par, a course that closed years ago, or a photo of the clubhouse next door. A checked one you can trust when you drop it into a proposal and hit send.

What each course carries

Every course comes with a description written to be read by a client, not a spec sheet: a few honest sentences about what the course is actually like to play. Alongside that you get photos, a rating, the location on a map, and a Top-100 flag on the courses that earn one.

It's enough to build a day around a course and explain it to a client without opening ten tabs to remember which one it was.

Still growing

There are hundreds of courses across Spain and Portugal today, and the list keeps filling in as new regions are added. New entries don't go live the moment they land, though. A course arrives as pending and gets reviewed before any agency sees it, so the database stays worth trusting even as it grows.

It drops into a proposal whole

When you add a course to a trip, its details come with it: the photo, the write-up, the location, all of it. You're not copying and pasting between a research doc and the proposal. The course you researched once shows up complete in every trip that uses it after, however you build that trip.

Your own layer on top

The course database is the base. On top of it, each agency keeps its own private layer per course: the rate you negotiated, the name of your contact there, whether buggies are included, your own notes. Your client never sees any of that, and you never have to dig your own rate out of an email from eighteen months ago. One database underneath, and the details on top are only ever yours.

Browse the course database, or add a course straight to a proposal. The research is already done, and your own rates and contacts ride along on top.
